Thoughts on space
One day, we'll be able to manipulate time as well as our bodies. We already know that time passes slower
when we're moving. Move faster and you slow down time. Imagine a world where this affect is noticeable?
What if we discover that each black hole is another universe?
If we see the smallest particle of particles (superstrings?) and prove the Big Bang theory, what's next?
It was only
in August 2001 that we found evidence proving that the center of the galaxy is a huge black hole - as big as the
distance from the Sun to Earth! So a galaxy is a black hole surrounded by nuclear dust (stars) and even smaller dust (planets).
Why is the universe expanding at a faster rate? It should be slowing down! Is it those particles that pop in and out of existence that give it that extra push?
When will we see the first picture of a planet in nearby solar system?
Will our generation be lucky enough to communicate with life on other worlds?
What will it take to spur the second wave of the space race?
What the hell does the inside of Jupiter look like?
First its tech to connect the planet, then bio-tech so we live better and longer lives and then to space to spread the word!
How will environmentalists react to our creating artificial atmospheres on the Moon and Mars for future habitation? Will it change their appearance from Earth? How will the artificial atmosphere on the Moon affect the tides on Earth?
There's nothing more majestic and humbling than seeing the cloud in the sky that is our Milky Way Galaxy.
If there's more life closer to the center of the galaxy, will we be considered backwater dwellers?
